Through Kate's condition we have found so many people in the "Heart community". So many amazing stories!
Paul Cardall is a local musician who was born 35 years ago with a congenital heart defect (basically he has half a heart) and is currently awaiting a heart transplant, hence the benefit concert. He is married with a daughter, Eden. The concert is named after her. You can read about his heart transplant here and his music can be found here. His life is nothing short of amazing!!!
